Donna is a beginner artist from Amsterdam, experimenting with styles and media, from expressive cartoons to vibrant acrylics. By day, she’s a researcher, and by night, she creates art driven by curiosity and storytelling. While exploring both digital and traditional techniques, she’s still discovering her unique style. Donna started her artistic journey drawing live at conferences.

Zizii is a visual artist from Bath, trained by her father, Chinese painter HuiTao Lin. She studied at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Chelsea College of Arts, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in China. Her work, ranging from etchings to mixed media, has been exhibited widely and is held in collections worldwide

Lacee is a self-taught American artist, graphic designer, and art director from rural North Carolina. After a decade in the Hollywood entertainment industry, working with companies like Disney, Marvel, and Netflix, she moved to Amsterdam in 2021 with her husband. Lacee’s fine art explores the human experience, currently focusing on a series called Ferocity & Fragility, which examines the balance of vulnerability and strength.

Lacee is a self taught American Artist, Graphic Designer, and Art Director who grew up in rural North Carolina. She eventually moved to Los Angeles and gained a decade of experience in the Hollywood entertainment industry— doing work for companies such as Disney, Marvel, Hallmark, and Netflix. In 2021, she and her husband moved to Amsterdam to experience the world beyond the USA.

Leo’s art blends images, visual metaphors, text, and layers of meaning, all of which invite interpretation from the viewer. His creative philosophy is to avoid enforcing dogmas or adhering to any specific style, genre, or school. Instead, he focuses on being creative for the sake of creativity itself.

Agata’s art process is driven by experimentation, helping her explore different mediums and discover her unique artistic voice. She has studied at four art universities in Poland and primarily works with painting, creating large-scale murals and using it in stop-motion animations. Her art ranges from mysterious to exhibitionist in nature.

Chris Marmier, an Amsterdam-based artist, creates storytelling artworks with a distinctive stroke and palette of colors. Born into a bi-cultural family and having lived in various countries, he draws inspiration from observing and reinterpreting the world around him. His work often places humans at the center, exploring themes of identity, nature, culture, and politics. Each piece invites the viewer to pause and reflect on the intricate details and deeper meanings.

Emilija, a Lithuanian artist and actor living in Amsterdam, enjoys experimenting with her style and mediums. Recently inspired by the universe and planets, her evolving art often features women and their bodies, celebrating feminine beauty, self-love, and empowerment. She takes her time with each piece, relishing the process without rushing.

Chrystalla is a Cypriot Oil Painter. Having been exposed to art from a young age, she developed a deep appreciation for it, which gradually turned into love to lead her persuade her higher studies in Fine & Applied Arts. Each of Chrystalla's artworks is clad in symbolism, causing as many feelings as possible. She tries to surround herself with as many as possible images and often a random one will cause an idea that is slowly growing in her head.

Art exists to reach people on a deep level and inspire them to think more deeply. My greatest desire would be to use my art to generate new questions.

Rob's main influences include Beckmann, Picasso, Magritte, and Vermeer. He often works in series, and traveling plays an important role in his artistic process. His works are featured in numerous collections, both corporate and private, across the Netherlands, USA, and Canada.

Valerie begins her paintings with abstract colors, later shaping figures—usually humans or animals—through an intuitive process. A former scene painter, she became a freelancer in 2019 and now runs upTown Art, a gallery in Graz showcasing her work and other Austrian artists. With training as a sculptor and experience in portraiture, she creates art with a strong understanding of anatomy and 3-dimensional depth.

This will be my second artbattle and I've been looking forward to make this experience again for two years! I checked out my colleagues in this artbattle and it made my even more excited! It is an honor for me to start with so many great artists! I guess, I will be the only artist, who's travelling from another country (I live in austria), especially to take part in the event! I hope, the audience will like my painting! 🙂 Can't wait to meet you there!!!

Claire is a self-taught Franco-British painter passionate about the sea and bright colors. She started painting during Covid and has since held solo exhibitions and sold work worldwide, including at the New Artist Fair in London. Claire, who also spent ten years as a poet, primarily works with acrylic, oil, and gouache.
