Get ready for an electrifying evening at 206 Zulu in Seattle, where art takes center stage in the Northwest Regional Championship of Art Battle®
What to Expect:
• Live Painting Showdown: Watch as Seattle’s top artists face off in a high-energy competition, transforming blank canvases into stunning masterpieces in just 20 minutes per round. 12 total artists in competition with 3 rounds and 2.5hrs of Art Battle Action
• Interactive Audience Voting: Feel the excitement as you decide who wins the crown and moves on to the US Nationals!
• Silent Auction: Take home a piece of the magic by bidding on these one-of-a-kind creations—every brushstroke is packed with passion and skill.

Event Details:
Date & Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the painting begins at 7:00 PM.
Location: 206 Zulu, Seattle.
Parking: Limited parking in the lot and plenty of street parking nearby.
Accessibility: The venue is fully ADA compliant, ensuring everyone can enjoy the celebration.
21+ Event: Make it a night out—bring your friends and soak in the creative energy!

Artists
Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Liz Koopman is a mixed media artist and graduate of Oregon College of Art and Craft. Her work combines acrylic, chalk and oil pastels to create vibrant pieces. Drawing inspiration from the complexities of self-identity and dreams, Liz gravitates towards bright and pastel colors to evoke a sense of playfulness and whimsy.

Giusiana is a passionate artist and rare disease advocate. She was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Northwestern USA 2025 and will be representing the PNW in the competition for the title of Ms. Wheelchair USA, a competition based on advocacy and community engagement. She uses her art to provide a visual voice to the chronic illness and rare disease communities.
Giusiana is a passionate artist and rare disease advocate. She was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Northwestern USA 2025 and will be representing the PNW in the competition for the title of Ms. Wheelchair USA, a competition based on advocacy and community engagement. Catarina (Cat) Rodrigues

Catarina is an ICVFX and motion capture artist with a background in animation and illustration. Her diverse experience spans AAA games, animation, and VFX. When she’s not capturing motion capture data or experimenting with new production pipelines, Catarina immerses herself in plein air painting and urban sketching. She has a particular passion for creating intricate cross-hatching illustrations with ink.
Holly Moxley

Holly resides in Portland, Oregon, where she shares her love for art at her downtown studio. Through her creations, she brings animals, landscapes, and people to life with vibrant magic, taking viewers on an emotional journey. Holly aims for her art to fill spaces with joy and positive energy while sparking the imagination of those who experience it.
Art is a magically absurd process – it’s found at the crossroads of getting lost in imagination and finding the way to an idea that expresses a feeling or idea into a visual representation.
Franswuhh

Franswuhh is an artist based in Suquamish, WA, originally from the Philippines. He specializes in drawing, painting, graphic design, and tattooing. Self-taught, he began his artistic journey at a young age, influenced by anime, and developed his skills in realism by age 10. Inspired by iconic artists like Picasso, Dali, and Basquiat, Franswuhh now creates spontaneous realism, blending abstract portraits with vibrant colors to express emotion.
Jordan Tarrant

Jordan is a Portland-based artist originally from Kansas, known for blending murals and live painting. He has gained recognition for his striking word portraits, which are infused with graffiti influences. Currently, Jordan is collaborating with local schools to brighten campuses with vibrant, educational murals, working alongside students and teachers to bring these projects to life.

From her earliest memories, Esther has always held a pencil and paper in her hands. For her, drawing and painting bring a profound sense of peace. Esther excels in pen and ink illustrations and acrylic painting.

WonderxColor is the 7th of 8 children, and she has been surrounded by creative people all her life. She has been drawing ever since she could hold a pencil and started painting when she was 13. She loves all forms of art and all art styles, given this, she has not stuck with a single art style, but rather, changed it to match any image she has in her head. She gathers inspiration from the beautiful creatures she sees, the music she hears, and from thoughts that she has and one's people tell her.
