May 10th 2014 you can help us showcase Canada’s painting talent in the biggest Art Battle yet! We are seeking arts and community organizers from towns and cities across Canada to host live competitive painting events. Our goal is to see 100 same-day events taking place across the country!

Art Battle Canada currently holds monthly events in more than 12 cities from Vancouver all the way to Halifax. Art Battle Day opens the competition to hundreds of communities across Canada – anyone can apply to host a local event!
The process is simple. Art Battle Canada will work together with successful applicants to create an amazing live painting competition on Saturday May 10th. Events will be well distributed across provinces and communities, we are looking for the best painters from all parts of Canada. Ideal hosts for Art Battle Day are local arts organizers, galleries, museums, arts councils, artist-run centres, schools, venue owners, and more.
Registration fee is flexible depending on the event size and material support required. Event organizers should expect to fully recover costs through admission and a portion of painting sales.
The application deadline for local organizers is March 10th.
