Hello Truro! Please join us for an exciting night of live competitive painting at The Split Crow on Sunday April 7th. We can’t wait to meet the art lovers and talented courageous painters of Truro! Your community has shown so much enthusiasm and support to our Halifax events, we couldn’t resist your invitation to visit.
The winning painter will qualify to compete at the next Art Battle Halifax event with the chance to make it to the Halifax Finals in June. The winning painter at the Halifax Finals will win a trip to the National Championship in Toronto this July!

WHAT IS ART BATTLE ?
Art Battle is live competitive painting. Painters create the best work they can in 20 minutes. As they work, patrons move around the easels, closely watching the creative process. The medium is acrylic paint and the tools allowed are brushes, palette knives or any non-mechanical implements. At the end of the round, the audience votes democratically for their favourite painting and bids in silent auction to take the work home.
