Tiffany Horne, aka Jewel z Artist has been creating vibrant and expressive artwork for over 10 years. Tiffany is an accomplished artist with awards stretching back to a congressional art competition in 2014. She was also featured in the book "Unpublished: The Visual Writing and Art Collaborative 2015" as well as being featured in the recent "Stay Woke" art show in Philadelphia. With no Allegiance to any one medium...Tiffany Horne, aka Jewel z Artist has been creating vibrant and expressive artwork for over 10 years.
