General Guidelines
- Time Slots: Each artist has a designated time slot between 6 pm and 8 pm to paint live. There is no time limit for completing the artwork.
- Canvas & Setup: Artists will paint on their own canvas or surface, placed on the provided easel or table.
- Materials: Artists may bring any materials they wish. Common mediums include acrylic, watercolor, ink, pencil, charcoal, and more. Please avoid strong-smelling solvents or sprays unless previously approved.
- Reference Images: Artists may use printed reference images or sketches. Digital references are allowed but must be used discreetly.
- Collage & Stencils: Pre-made collage elements or stencils are not allowed. However, artists may create stencils live during their session.
- Theme: Halloween vibes are encouraged but not required. Feel free to explore spooky, playful, or personal themes.
- Auction System: All artworks will be listed for auction via QR code displayed at each station. There is no voting or competition—just appreciation and support.
- Community Mural: A collaborative mural will be available for guests and artists to contribute throughout the evening.
