My art strives to promote sexuality acceptance and body positivity, but most importantly to bring awareness to safety standards for ALL sex workers. The majority of my paintings are colorful renditions of sex worker photos found on social media platforms, and with their consent, I am able to depict the light and sexual energy of the human form with acrylic paint on canvas or paper.

Wendy is back! Wendy studied engineering at MIT and is super passionate about sustainability. A lot of her paintings are inspired by nature and she has sometimes used packaging in her art as a form of recycling. She uses acrylic paint, pouring paint, and oil pastels in her art. She mostly prefers brushes and pallette knives, but occasionally use other tools such as forks, foil, and old credit cards./sf

I grew up in Eritrea capita city Asmara. Learned art from my oldest brother. I am the youngest of 7. Moved to America in 2005. Went to Herron high school in Indianapolis that was a art centric that inspired me. I went to college in New York and studied chemistry and fine Arts. Went to get my masters in Syracuse in Chemical Engineering.Random facts, ran a kitchen from 17-19 years old, I speak 4 languages, I did a stint as a ballroom dance teacher, grew up with dirt floors, and currently a field engineer in the Bay Area and Oakland based.
