Tiffaney believes eyes are the window to the soul and because of that, all her portraits and/or character designs start out with the eyes to get an understanding of where the piece is going to lead her. For the last three years, she has been working on painting skills and has delved into acrylic, gouache, watercolor and now oil paints.

Informally titled "The Plein Air Pope", Callum works primarily from life, feeling that this is the closest he can come to genuinely capturing his subjects. The time pressure of life painting puts him in a flow state that permits immediate decision making through his intuition, a skill that should come in handy during Art Battle.

Smackas, A.K.A Sam McAleer, is a talented and innovative artist hailing from the vibrant city of Sydney, Australia. With a unique artistic style that defies categorization, Smackas has captivated audiences with his bold and thought inducing creations from the street to his canvas works.

Yo! I’m Smackas, a multi disciplinary artist primarily specialising in murals and aerosol whose worked his way into the finer art world. Agustin is an Argentinian, living in Australia. His works talk about feelings and its association with nature. he has presented his artwork at several local expositions and has worked locally and internationally as a cultural manager. Agustin creates through pen drawing, clay sculpting and painting.

Born and raised in Tehran, Simin has always been interested in art and painting. A self-taught visual artist, Simin practices in the expressionism genre with elements of realism. Most of her works are improvised and are created by charcoal, pencil and pastel.

I love getting lost in the unknown realm of subconscious during my painting process and letting the medium take the lead in my creation.

Rachel Bolton

Rachel's artwork primarily focuses on capturing the details of found treasures such as feathers and leaves. She grew up in the Blue Mountains and has always felt a strong connection with nature. She works primarily in watercolor, acrylic and pencil.

Absurdeus

Absurdeus is an emerging artist living on Gadigal Country. Captivated by both the studio and the streets, he has stolen away enough time from the easel to glue over 200 hand painted works on walls around the inner west of Sydney. As a self-taught creative, Absurdeus finds peace through painting.

Maryellen Hacko

Maryellen is a full-time freelance graphic designer/illustrator by profession. She is very multidisciplinary (perhaps chaotically so)—her passions range from writing music to oil painting, digital art and even writing poetry (she recently self-published her first anthology). Maryellen's art style draws on themes of freedom and femininity and is inspired by the nature on the Northern Beaches, where she calls home.

Pioxi

Pioxi likes creating weird, imaginary creatures and plants. She picked up drawing again at the age of 20 and hasn't stopped! She worked as a tattooer for three years while building her painting skills. She paints with acrylic and oil and also enjoys graffiti.

I enjoy drawing weird imaginary plants and silly creatures.

My main medium right now is drawing, but I also tattoo and do some oil paints.

Cristina Barrientos Villagran

Cristina's art is very figurative, and you will find surrealism in every piece. She likes to create one-colored artworks, with crayon and carbon technique preference against dark backgrounds. her art aims to connect with people and set fire to emotions within them, making them wonder and question themselves and the art piece.
