Jeff Kelly is a self taught fine artist and illustrator from Charlottetown, known for his striking portraits and electrifying use of colour. Taking inspiration from a mix of sources, Jeff creates Pop Art inspired pieces with a heavy hit of expressionism.

Winner of the first ever AB event in PEI, Jeff started his Art Battle trajectory with a bang, qualifying for the provincial finals and competing against 11 other winners and All-Stars, it was at the finals that he earned the title of Art Battle PEI Champion, and the right to represent Prince Edward Island in the 2014 Art Battle National Championship.
