2015 Art Battle National Champion
The WINNER from the 2015 National Championship will win a cash prize of $2000, the WINNER and FINALISTS will receive an invitation to compete in the FIRST EVER International Live Painting Championship on July 25th as a part of the TORONTO2015 PAN AM GAMES.
Art Battle is live competitive painting. 18 painters will create the best work they can using only acrylic paint across 3 20 minute rounds of public painting. 9 painters will compete in Round 1, another 9 in Round 2, the top 3 painters from each round will go into a 3rd and Final Round with a new canvas. The audience vote for the winners of each round, and the single winner of each event!
Works created at the 2015 Art Battle National Championship will be silent auctioned with 50% of the proceeds going to the artists.
The winner determined by audience vote will win $2000 and an invitation to compete in the INTERNATIONAL LIVE PAINTING CHAMPIONSHIP on July 25th in TORONTO as a part of the TORONTO2015 PanAm Games.

What to bring
AB will provide the following materials – canvas, paint, easels, water containers, palettes, paper mixing plates and shop towels for rags. You should bring only your BRUSHES and any other non-mechanical tools you would like to use.
