During the George Floyd and Brianna Taylor protests in Providence in 2020, Agonza was one of the first artists to paint on boarded-up windows to demonstrate her solidarity. She was also the first in the history of Providence to complete 2 exterior wall murals side by side in 2021 in Providence housing.

Claire is a self-taught artist living in Brittany who started painting during the pandemic. She likes bold colors, busy scenes and transmitting joy through art. Before being a painter, Claire was a poet. Currently, she paints with (mostly) acrylic.

Lando Bando Art Factory is back! Lando Bando Art Factory is a multi-media artist and writer. Most, if not all, of his work is 3D and includes some type of texture. The energy and message he pushes with his work is to be unapologetically yourself, always.

Vaux, from Nepal, is a self-taught artist who draws chaotic pieces that represent his inner self. He encourages everyone to have an open mind when it comes to art. For him, it is a medium to convey himself in the truest form.

Chelsey Petersen, Artist commonly known as 2neuro started out with Crayola crayons and coloring books. After a career in the field following college, she decided to focus on her art. Many said she was crazy, and she was. Also, supported and successful. In the past decade her art forms and styles are constantly learning and evolving. Some of her favorites include body painting, murals, mixed media canvas work, acrylics, and photography.

Meredith has been a multimedia artist for years. She primarily leans towards the fantasy and ethereal energy and finds inspiration in her imagination and music. Being able to look at the world around her and imagine stories and how it could be instead of what it actually is fuels many of Meredith's pictures.

vom.dotcom has been drawing since as long as she can remember. She creates through drawing, painting, photography, and collage. She is thrilled to be painting among the art community.

The purpose behind Mohamed's artwork is to challenge the ability to see and hear the art itself, rather than putting meaning to it. He believes it is its own entity and seeks to be seen and heard. While he is mainly focused on pottery and ceramics, Mohamed is not afraid to dive headfirst into other medias.

Nicole, who has been drawing since she was 8, is a local artist known as being a painter at live events, even weddings! She illustrated the children's book “Where is My Voice?” When she isn't painting, she is listening to podcasts and travelling.

PincheMeL paints a mix of abstract and realism with a lot of colors. He enjoys drawing faces because he likes portraying emotion and evoking responses and thoughts from the viewer. PincheMeL and his family are all artists and are all self-taught. He also directly connects music to his art.

Caitlin paints photo realism and abstract pieces. She creates art pieces that revolve around other's inspirations. While her main media is painting and drawing, her skills and mediums are varied. She currently runs a paint night in Sudbury and her own home art studio.

Stefania, born in Brazil, is a representational artist, currently focused on figurative oil paintings. She started painting in 2019 and found that she increasingly needed to paint. Before embracing herself as an artist, she practiced law for over a decade.

Florence is back! Acrylic is Florence's favorite medium, and she often incorporates various elements into my paintings, such as wallpaper or wool. She also mastered the techniques associated with graphic design, such as drawing with a graphics tablet, watercolor, lead drawing and charcoal.

New Orleans-based visual artist and art educator, Sara creates paintings that explore the connection between place and memory. She synthesizes collage, painting, and digital media to investigate this relationship. Pulling from both personal and collective recollections, she brings awareness of the space and the unique intricacies of the human experience.

Krystlesaurus is a visual artist from Portland, Oregon. She primarily creates with acrylic, watercolor and mixed medias, but is also studying oil painting. Her works tend to reflect her love of Halloween and all things creepy, although she also creates beautiful abstract works in acrylic.

Genea is a self-taught artist and creative entrepreneur based out of Seattle. Her interest in art began in 2012 but it wasn’t until 2021 that she started to play in paint. She creates paintings that tell her story, a story heavily influenced by her history with religion and spirituality, overshadowed by her exploration of her sensuality.

Mars, a black and queer artist, does mostly digital drawing. To be able to participate in Art Battle, he is teaching himself traditional painting.

By analyzing and interpreting different patterns and forms, she creates physical visualizations through generative design and digital fabrication to promote understanding about deep and hidden connections.

John has been studying the art of a perfect stroke since he was a teenager. His goal is to create meaningful art as fast as possible. During the day, John is a physicist who studies how light interacts with objects, people and cells.

Kay is a marketer by day, illustrator by night. She has art in her blood and a tremor in her hand, but she is a fighter. She does both digital and traditional illustration but also paints in acrylic and watercolor.
