Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!
Alessandro is a Neapolitan artist who studied set design and specialized in painting. He created sets for Milan’s fashion industry and for 4‑ and 5‑star resorts in Italy and has traveled internationally for many years.
Areeya is a painter from Bangkok who won Art Battle Bangkok in October 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Silpakorn University’s Faculty of Painting, Sculpture, and Printing.
Blue is a painter and illustrator who won Art Battle Bangkok in May 2025. Their work conveys surreal narratives through the emotional depth of blue tones.
Chumpol, a lifelong artist and community builder, is back as an Art Battle fan favorite from April 2025. Two decades ago, he managed Art Street by the Khlong Lord canal, and fifteen years ago he founded Artist House Bangkok, a gallery, café, and workshop space that has become a hub for creative travelers. His practice spans oil painting with a palette knife and, more recently, mixed media works that incorporate fabric and yarn into embroidered paintings.
Kan Srijira
Kan is a painter and drawer who won Art Battle Bangkok in January 2025. He specializes in watercolor, charcoal, and portraits, focusing on figure painting and human poses. His technique combines watercolor, charcoal, and pencil to create expressive works with simple, clear brushwork.
Braemo is a contemporary Thai artist who explores the fluidity and fragility of human life through flowing hair motifs in surreal drawings and mixed media. Her work reflects an inner journey of transformation, pain, and growth.
Molticha is a figurative oil painter who won Art Battle Bangkok in April 2025. Her work is distinguished by obscured faces, blurred sight lines, and the use of dark tones and dim lighting, which together create a mysterious atmosphere. She highlights the aesthetic side of horror, drawing on its unsettling qualities as a central element in her art.
Niwat, a fan favorite from Art Battle Bangkok April 2025 and graduate of Silpakorn University, paints from a bird’s-eye perspective, a hallmark of Thai art. Using neutral tones of brown and gray, his work centers on stationary objects, telling a quiet story of peace through stillness rather than character or motion.
Pun was a fan favorite at Art Battle Bangkok in May 2025. She has been creating art from an early age and continues to surround her life with artistic practice. Pun expressed her appreciation for the positive energy of Art Battle and shared her excitement about returning to the competition.
Sasiwimol Chonbut is a mixed media artist based in Pattaya, Chonburi. A 2023 graduate with first-class honors in Thai Arts from Silpakorn University, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the same institution. Her work blends painting, materials, and video around connected themes. In 2024, she joined the THAV-PSG Exchange Program in Taiwan and exhibited at Art Future Prize 2024, among others.
Tu is a Bangkok-based pop animation and street artist with five years in the art field and three years in NFTs, selling over 20 one-of-one works internationally. Influenced by Thai cartoonist Puck, he blends colorful cartoons with Western comic styles. Tu defines his approach as “Psychedelic Pop Art,” using motion illustration to create trippy, vibrant works that reflect his personality—grown-up yet playful.
Flexing a mix of completely abstract compositions and naturalistic plant paintings, Wanrapa has said that her contrasting styles are tied together by “feeling full of life and color.” Wanrapa has grown-up in the art communities of Bangkok, New York City, Ottawa and Toronto.
