Jess Shippee
Jess Shippee is a Jacksonville-based artist whose work celebrates light, color, and atmosphere. Whether painting en plein air, capturing a portrait, or creating expressive animal paintings, she enjoys finding beauty in everyday subjects. A returning Art Battle competitor, Jess thrives under the challenge of live painting and loves the energy, community, and creativity that make every event unique. She believes some of the best paintings happen when there’s just enough pressure to trust your instincts.
