Tickets

A ticket purchase is a license to attend the specified event. Tickets are tied to the buyer's order and may be checked in once at the door. Events may change line-up, timing, or venue; we'll communicate material changes to ticket holders.

Refunds

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a refund. For other situations, refund requests are handled case by case — contact us via our contact page.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape its data.

Intellectual property

Art Battle is operated by Art Battle International. “Art Battle”^® is a registered trademark in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions. The Art Battle name, logos, and site content may not be used without permission. Artwork rights remain with the participating artists.

Liability

Art Battle provides the site and events "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
