Julie Yao
Baltimore, US
Julie, born in Anhui and raised in Shanghai, now based in the U.S., paints primarily in acrylics and alla prima. Guided by intuition, her work is threaded with blue—a constant source of comfort and identity. Each piece reflects her curiosity and love of exploration. She is currently pursuing a BFA in Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
