Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Antonio creates Native American and Chicano influenced geometric and figurative abstractions with intricate, interlaced colors and shapes. Antonio applies spiritual teachings and experiences to represent foundational human relationships to nature and ideas to instill and encourage positive reinforcement feedback loops.
Jodi Michelle Edwards
Sophia is a Vietnamese American artist from Seattle. She was first introduced to watercolors at the age of four. Drawing on her early experiences with wet-on-wet watercolor painting, Sophia uses white space to create a meditative and contemplative quality in her work, inviting viewers to connect with the natural world in a visual way.
Rachel always starts out with color and no clear direction of each step forward. Her art is abstract and sometime not! She takes a deep dive into the nuances of water and current and the beauty of juxtaposing movement and light in between.

Suzanne's art is eclectic because she is constantly inspired by the beauty all around from a wide variety of topics. She enjoys painting with bright colors and topics that evoke thought and emotion.
Greetings! I am a self taught artist originally from Michigan/Chicago. I love graffiti & fantasy style art which I like to incorporate into my painting style. I primarily work in oil paints, but also dabble in customizing shoes. Hope you enjoy what I create!
Kayla is pursuing her Masters in Fine Art at the University of Washington. She works primarily in charcoal and paint but recently has been exploring photography and printmaking. Kayla focuses on representational artwork of figures, spaces, still lives, and nature, but also has experience working abstractly.
I'm so excited to be back and competing this fall after opting out of last season to focus on school! Art Battle welcomed me to Seattle when I first arrived and I'm pumped to continue to be a part of it.
