Come watch the paint fly before your eyes and help vote to determine the Winner as artists battle the clock & each other in 3 fast-paced rounds.
All artwork will also be available for auction during this incredible night of community and creation!

Art Battle Vancouver is a 19+ event.




Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Born in Africa and raised in rural Ontario, KPAT teaches life drawing and painting, as well as being a comic book artist at heart. KPAT’s favorite stylistic approaches are comic, surrealism, portraiture, landscape, and pop art.

Hala, an aspiring artist, has found a profound interest in painting self-portraits that have a touch of abstraction as a form of self-expression. Her two favorite mediums are oil and acrylic, but once participated in a competition using only potatoes!

As a computer scientist and an artist, Hala has spent hours behind the computer coding AI paintings. Even the most powerful AI cannot match the beauty of the creative process behind a memorable performance with a wonderful audience!

Jeremy Henrickson

Painting with a blend of full-body brushwork and collaged elements, Jeremy is known for excitedly “slashing vibrant colors on canvas into something recognizable.” Jeremy describes his layered creative process as “combining what he loves from favorite artists and making it into something that is his own voice.”

Surrealtalk decided he wanted to become an artist after a surrealism assignment in high school. Like himself, his art is always growing and changing style. However, he believes his works all have a common feel. Surrealtalk wants to create things that give people the excuse to let their mind wonders and think a little differently at his expense.

Kasumi Ramirez

Kasumi is a Japanese artist based in Vancouver. After graduating from Joshibi Art and Design University, she joined her family's architecture business in Japan, where she honed her aesthetic sensibilities and artistic skills. During that time, Kasumi created many paintings that were highly appreciated by her clients, and it was here, that she began working with acrylics.

kayla waterman

Kayla's art ranges from wholesome and eclectic character pieces, to art that pushes sexual boundaries, often celebrating the female form. Her creativity knows no bounds. Most of Kayla's art is mixed media made from foraged and recycled materials. She is inspired by kink, femm energy, and oddities and curiosities, abstract goth/pastel punk inspiration.

Isabelle Lee

Isabelle is a 21-year-old, self-taught artist from Hong Kong. She draws and paints both with traditional mediums and digitally. She also enjoys pencil drawing and painting gouache on paper. Some of her favorite artists are Daubigny and Cecily Brown.
