Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Aileen's art is a little psychedelic and whimsical. Usually, she tops her paintings off with a piece of nostalgia, smashing together her favorite things: tv, movies and color. Aileen works mainly in acrylic, but she loves to dabble in mixed media.

For her, art has been a way to remember, explore, learn and anchor in who she is, reminded of the beauty and movement in life. Jenna says she struggles to name her pieces because art has been her way to express her perspective and opinions without needing to make sense of it.
