Bernie Lukacs

Bernie Lukacs

Bernie is a multidisciplinary artist based in Pittsburgh, known for his abstract work across various media. In addition to his artistic practice, he is also a trained Art Therapist, integrating creativity with emotional and mental well-being.
Elaine Heitzer

Elaine Heitzer

Elaine works in watercolor and acrylic, using both to express the emotions nature stirs in her. She’s especially inspired by water, rocks, and trees, and loves how God’s creation blends peace with excitement. Her process often starts with a photo, but it’s the feeling of a place that guides her. Exploring semi‑abstraction, she builds each piece with loose sketches, bold color, and layered movement to share the emotions she experiences outdoors.
Ellastaire

Ellastaire

Ellastaire is a local Pittsburgh gothic fantasy artist. She is a master of fantasy acrylic painting, drawing on classic inspirations to transport viewers into magical realms. Her work invites the imagination to explore themes of horror, mystery, and the timeless struggle between light and darkness.
Gabrielle Harries

Gabrielle Harries

Gabrielle is a 26‑year‑old mixed media artist who works primarily in acrylic. Her art is inspired by dreams and memories, creating pieces that feel surreal and ethereal. She has been drawing and creating since she was very young and doesn’t see herself ever stopping—painting is deeply cathartic and central to her life. Passionate about her craft, she’s excited to share her work and step into new experiences. Art Battle sounds like both a blast and a challenge, and she’s always ready for both.
Jacklynn Kuhn

Jacklynn Kuhn

I'm a 26 year old artist who recently left my job as an emergency room nurse to get a chance to once again experience the dreams of my 18 year old self once again. I work with any medium I can get my hands on, but portraits are my favorite to paint. My goal is to have an impact on the Pittsburgh art scene, the same way it inspires me to continue to create.
Kasey Neiderlander

Kasey Neiderlander

Kasey works across a variety of mediums and is passionate about connecting art with community engagement. Her work blends realism with whimsical abstract color, creating bright, energetic pieces designed to immediately catch the viewer’s eye. This event would be a new challenge for her, especially working within a time limit, but she’s excited for the experience. She sees it as an opportunity to push herself creatively, reach more people, and connect with other local artists.
Makayla McClendon

Makayla McClendon

Makayla is a Pittsburgh‑born and raised mother, gun‑violence survivor, and mixed‑media painter. Her work is rooted in resilience, using color, texture, and emotion to communicate perseverance. Through her art, she hopes to offer motivation and a reminder that no matter what someone is facing, there is strength in continuing forward.
Marlana wood

Marlana wood

Marlana is an artist who has enjoyed creating for as long as she can remember. She loves painting and finds real joy in making something beautiful. Art has always been a meaningful part of her life, and she paints with genuine passion and appreciation for the process.
Rachel Lange

Rachel Lange

Rachel is an artist inspired by the absurdity and queerness of nature, often using cephalopods and other creatures as recurring motifs. They work with reused and found materials, drawn to the beauty in salvaged objects and the value of what’s discarded. They’ve done live painting at Art All Night for two years and enjoy creating in community, even if they’re not naturally competitive.
Rossaro Lawson

Rossaro Lawson

Rossaro Lawson is a Pittsburgh‑based artist who works in acrylic on canvas, with additional experience in murals and furniture painting. They love vivid, wild color combinations and paint both emotion and “what‑if” ideas. Their work tends to fall into two categories: pieces that translate their feelings directly onto the canvas, and pieces imagined as if they were the cover of a folktale. Rossaro hopes viewers begin forming their own stories when they look at these works.
Suzanne Werder

Suzanne Werder

Suzanne is a Pittsburgh-based artist and educator whose work explores the silly, the sacred, and the sublime. She transforms overlooked materials and uplifts marginalized voices through portraiture and installation. As founder of the Busnegie Museum of Art—a gallery in a bus shelter—she showcases local artists and reimagines public space as a platform for connection and visibility.
Yana Raynus

Yana Raynus

Yana Raynus is a contemporary figurative painter whose work examines memory as something fluid rather than fixed. She creates quiet, suspended environments where childhood, identity, and recollection overlap. Much of her work comes from her series Carnival of Memory, where the carnival becomes a metaphor for memory—familiar yet unstable and emotionally charged. Raynus often paints young female figures in simplified, fragment‑based landscapes. Her restrained compositions and controlled color create calm images that hold subtle tension, inviting viewers to interpret what feels present but not fully explained.
