David is a passionate oil and acrylic painter who signs his work “OMP,” a nickname from his granddaughter. Inspired by Impressionism and realism, he’s still discovering his style. With a strong eye for perspective and a background in sketching, David brings depth and detail to his work. His greatest strength is persistence—he keeps painting, learning, and growing, often working on canvas or wood panels.

Becka has been competing in Art Battles for over six years, traveling to different cities to share her artistic talent. Though she primarily runs her family business as a Certified Balloon Artist, she embraces every chance to paint and express her creativity.

Vincent is an artist who loves to paint, capturing subjects with a sense of flow and movement. He works in a variety of mediums, including drawing, painting, and colored pencils. Known for his highly detailed, realistic approach, Vincent has a particular talent for pencil work and a passion for acrylic painting, focusing on naturalistic subjects in his portfolio.

Hailey is an artist whose work carries a strong celestial vibe, often infused with darker elements that reflect her emotional state. She typically paints during challenging times, using art as a form of therapy and self-expression. Her pieces sometimes include hidden details or “Easter eggs,” like the tiny ghosts she once tucked into a gift painting’s clouds—surprises that invite viewers to look deeper.

Irena has been painting since graduating from the Art University in Riga, Latvia, where she studied stage set design. She has designed costumes and decorations for the theatre and has been living in Canada for 25 years. Passionate about painting and interior design, this is Irena’s second art battle, having won her first last year in Fort Erie.

I have been painting since my graduation from the university of Art in Latvia. My inspiration is the nature all around us. My preferred technique is oil, but here i am working with acrylics, Nice to see all of you here.

Melani Pyke from Crystal Beach paints in oil and acrylic. While her surrealist paintings carry messages of hope and have been included in many national and international exhibitions, Melani is also known for window and wall murals across Niagara and the GTA.

Megan is a Niagara-born artist and ICU nurse who uses watercolor, acrylic, and oil to capture emotion and memory. Inspired by life, abstraction, and art battles in Hamilton and Toronto, she creates vibrant, textured works. Megan has illustrated two books and explores many creative forms, encouraging others to find joy in art and everyday moments.

Martin, an artist with a background in architecture, creates emotionally expressive artwork across painting and sculpture. His work explores themes like urban living, personal growth, and fantasy. He’s attended Burning Man, invented award-winning board games, and created art for figures like King Charles and Trump. Martin is skilled in a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, clay, and metal.
