Creativity is not a skill one can possess or not, it's an innate part of the human experience that we can rediscover; it's tapping into our inner child and finding the joy in play. That's why I love fluid art- what's more childlike than pouring paint onto a canvas?

I create art based on my perceptions of human experiences, faces, and light. I really enjoy how people uniquely interpret my work and style. I often experiment with mediums and use them in non-traditional ways. I enjoy using pen and ink, oil pastels, markers, pencils, and acrylic paint. I like speed-painting because it challenges me to overlook details in order to focus more on the shapes and light.
