Ryan uses a color palette of only six colors in his work, which spans various subjects. His primary focus is on landscape painting, allowing him to explore depth, perspective, lighting, and color. His landscapes often personify the subject, such as a mountain range with purple clouds that creates a feeling of uncertainty. Animals, a lifelong interest of Ryan’s, also appear in his art. His work is heavily influenced by the Impressionists, as he enjoys using vivid brushwork and bright colors to bring his pieces to life.

From the artist:

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This will be worth twenty minutes.
