Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!
Alycia is an Indigenous artist based in Edmonton whose work is rooted in emotion, culture, and love. Through deeply personal and symbolic pieces, Alycia explores Indigenous issues, especially the impact of intergenerational trauma from residential schools. Each creation is a healing act and a tribute to the resilience and beauty of Indigenous identity.
Anthony Masuskapoe
Anthony is a Sask‑born Indigenous Cree artist whose work spans acrylics, mixed media, digital art, and large‑scale murals. He creates custom paintings for any occasion and hosts paint nights for all ages. He’s passionate about art that supports healing, self‑expression, and community, using creativity and storytelling to bring people together.
Chrissy is back! Chrissy, a tattoo artist, loves exploring different styles and mediums in her art. However, she is always drawn back to vivid colorful portraits or darker subjects./sf
Kateryna is known for creating heavily layered textured effects that include bright and mixed metallic acrylics, glitter, and gloss medium. Kateryna’s vast projects often consist of multiple works in a range of different media that are connected through specific themes and meanings.
Katherine is back! A visual artist from Edmonton, Katherine specializes in realism and nature's beauty. She's hoping at this event, that everyone will somehow be drawn into the hidden universe of an artist and appreciate the chaos.
Song, a visual artist based in Edmonton, is inspired by the stories behind her subjects. She loves painting animals, people, and seascapes using oil and acrylic, and she also enjoys drawing figures with charcoal. Her work spans portraits, landscapes, and ocean views in both traditional and digital mediums.
Mark has been an Art Battle competitor since 2011. His art is intuitive and guided by the moment, and he works across airbrush, brushwork, mixed media, and industrial steel grinding. As a ground‑metal artist, he uses a range of tools to create holographic light effects and shifting color. He works with automotive paints on aluminum and clear coats, giving his pieces a changing look in different lighting and the durability to be displayed outdoors year‑round.

Max, a professional artist and 3D animator, loves creating vibrant palette knife paintings. Originally from Ukraine, he moved to Canada in 2013 and also incorporates elements of Ukrainian National Painting into his pop art works.
