Amanda is an artist and biomedical engineer who blends both fields in her practice. She brings her artistic eye into engineering, and uses engineering to expand her art. Her work is whimsical, exploratory, and sometimes intentionally silly. Her illustration style ranges from bold acrylic brushstrokes to hyper-realistic colored‑pencil details, with oil and digital work in between. She also teaches adults how to paint through fun, interactive classes, and creates biomedical sculptures and pastry‑inspired décor using digital fabrication and occasional electronics.

Anna returns to Art Battle! Anna is a member of the Creative Union of Russian Artists. She is also an artist in resident at Kennedy Gallery in Midtown Sacramento. She paints with different techniques and with any materials you can imagine./sf

Daniel’s art uses traditional techniques and training in a uniquely stylized way. Quality line work and a wide range of beautiful color make his pieces pop and draw viewers in. Modern‑day psychedelia, abstract art, visionary art, and contemporary art all play an important role in his creations. He has always admired the concept of Art Battles and has been painting — and live‑painting quickly — for years. Daniel is also a double‑handed painter.
Ilse has returned! Originally from Puebla, Mexico, she first caught attention in kindergarten. Her passions include painting, 3-D sculpting, and caring for her cat and turtle.

Kelly creates psychedelic, surrealistic, acid dream art using acrylic paint and paint markers. In addition to painting, Kelly also plays the violin, guitar, harmonica and piano. Even more than that, she writes poetry, makes music, builds guitars and tattoos. She hopes to one day do a 7D holographic projection with her art so you can walk through it and experience it alive.
Rosie is a Bay Area–based artist creating oil and acrylic paintings inspired by the nostalgia of past technology, fashion, films, and music. Her work often depicts characters living in vast deserts or existing within their own emotional state of reality. Through bright colors, pop art realism, and realistic symbolism, she explores timeless memories and genuine human connection. Drawing inspiration from retro televisions and classic Westerns, Rosie’s paintings reflect the moments, experiences, and curiosity that shape both her youth and her vision for the future.
