Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Meaghan has been painting since she was three years old. She cannot create or paint without listening to music, the louder the song, the more intense the piece. Her art focuses a lot on movement and body positivity. Meaghan loves to create and use her paintings to evoke raw emotion by color, movement and style. She's inspired by nature, geometry, line and the natural beauty of the human figure./sf

In the past, Layne has drawn mostly character art and simple illustrations but now is expanding her horizons. She uses primarily watercolors, pencils, ink & wash, and pen for art. /sf
