Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Daisy, who paints with acrylic, paints mostly realistic style but also has some abstract and imaginary pieces. She usually paints whatever style seems to suit the subject. Daisy creates very imaginative creatures, in abstract but also does realistic birds and flowers. She tries to extend her skills such as practicing color blending.
I’m looking forward to bing in this even for the first time.

Blending pattern, animal portraiture, and fairytale elements, Carla categorizes her portfolio as contemporary with a bit little of Cree culture. Carla uses the terms unique and colorful to describe this soulful approach.

Nigel is skilled in a number of mediums including acrylic, oil and watercolor. He draws heavy influence from the Bible, especially his favorite scripture about Bezalel who was both filled with the Holy Spirit and skilled in every manner of craftsmanship.

Diane is a self-taught Indigenous artist from the Dzawada'enuxw First Nations. Her passion is creating arts in a wide range of mediums including painting, pottery, beaded leather jewelry and dabbling in metal art. Her paintings include the mid-coast art style with her own personal flare.
Looking forward to another exhilarating and fun evening! To compete against such amazing artists is a hugh challenge and a bit scary but im up for the whole thrill of this amazing event!
