16 artists compete in 5 rounds of 20 minutes before your eyes and YOU help vote to determine the Crow Nest Winner as artists battle the clock & each other! First round starts @ 11am!
All artwork will also be available for auction during this incredible night of community and creation!

Claudia is an emerging artist working with watercolor, oil, acrylic, and mixed media. Her vibrant portraits explore color, identity, and mental health, drawing from her experiences as a neurodivergent woman. Through themes of feminism and awareness, Claudia uses her art to tell her story—transforming personal challenges into powerful, beautiful expressions that invite empathy and understanding.
Conor Stack
Conor is an animator, comic book creator, and digital illustrator with a passion for storytelling across mediums. Raised in his dad’s studio, he grew up surrounded by abstract art and has been crafting characters and worlds ever since. As a creative director and visual storyteller, Conor works across 2D, 3D, film, games, and emerging tech—driven by a love for visionary world-building that leaves a lasting impact.
Gabrielle Milgate
Gabby is an art educator and practicing artist who loves portraiture, satire, and experimenting with diverse styles and mediums. Her work explores themes of LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence, and rural Australian life, and has featured in exhibitions like the Braddon Collective and Local 2025 Strathfield. She’s passionate about inspiring young artists through creative, fun experiences that show what’s possible.
Gayatri Iyer
Gayatri is a student who finds balance between the analytical and the imaginative through art. While she enjoys all forms of creativity, sketching and painting remain her true comfort zone. Her work captures dreamlike moments—fragments of feeling that linger long after. Inspired by animated shows and anime, she creates visuals that connect with the softer, more introspective side of life.
Jency Issac
Jency is an architect by day, artist by heart. Guided by intuition, she lets color lead her creative process, exploring emotion, memory, and the spaces in between. In this battle, she’s not just here to paint—she’s here to move you.
Letj'e Olivia Larrain
Letj'e is a passionate young artist whose journey has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and unwavering support from her mother. Despite facing early criticism, she has explored a wide range of mediums—from animation and sculpture to painting and digital art. A lover of detail and experimentation, Letj'e continues to grow through programs like Operation Art and the National Art School HSC Intensive, always striving to bring joy and expression through her work.
Masayo Colley
Masayo Colley is a Sumi-e, Japanese ink painting, and visual artist with a rich background in graphic design, Sumi-e, deeply rooted in Zen philosophy, fuels Masayo’s artistic expression. Her focus lies in capturing the essence of brush stroke movements unique to Sumi-e, which she believes are irreplaceable by digital means. Despite her proficiency with digital tools as a graphic designer, Masayo continuously strives to convey beauty through the unrestricted expression of free-hand drawing.
Oneli Karunarathna
Oneli is an architecture graduate working at a design firm and teaching, with a passion for painting and drawing. Her work explores the interplay of colour and form through simple subjects that evoke emotion and atmosphere on canvas.
Phoebe Lee
Phoebe Lee is an emerging artist known for her portraits of people and animals that celebrate the fun and playful side of life. She also creates fan art inspired by her favorite games, movies, and bands. Drawing has been her passion since childhood, serving as both a creative outlet and a way to express emotion. New to live painting, Phoebe is excited to challenge herself, connect with other artists, and continue growing her craft.
Poppi Hmelnitsky
Poppi is an abstract painter and gothic horror writer whose work blends dark humor with vivid social commentary. Her abstract still-life paintings are deeply influenced by 16 years spent working in hospitality, while her illustrated comics explore the absurd and psychedelic—from chaotic chefs and pill-addicted hens to morally dubious funeral directors on the Golden Gate Bridge. With a gothic aesthetic and a diabolical narrator often in tow, Poppi’s work dives headfirst into the bizarre corners of the human condition.
Prina Mistry
Prina is an occasional hobbyist whose work is inspired by nature and the striking contrast of dual or vibrant multicolors. Her art captures the beauty found in balance, contrast, and the natural world around her.
Rhiannon Windred
Rhiannon is a quirky painter who thrives on using recycled materials, blending bold colors, striking lines, and rich textures in their work. They approach art with playful irreverence, often weaving serious undertones into pieces they refuse to take too seriously. Their passion for graphic design spills into their fine art, especially in their painted mannequins, which become vibrant canvases exploring the idea that every body is simply a composition of shapes and color.
Sohyun Bae
Sohyun is a self-taught visual artist with a background in architecture from the University of Sydney. She specializes in caricature and portraiture, working primarily with soft pastels and oil paints to create expressive, detailed pieces. Beyond her art, Sohyun enjoys playing piano and experimenting with food design as creative outlets.
Tanya Erkilinc
Tanya is an oil painter whose creative journey began in high school, paused during motherhood, and reignited during lockdown. Originally focused on impressionistic landscapes, she now explores expressionism, portraits, and wildlife, following intuitive sparks that guide her work. Since 2023, she’s been taking her art seriously—building a website, accepting commissions, and loving every step of the journey.
Tim Burden
Tim is a comic creator, cartoonist, and artist based in Sydney, Australia. Influenced by horror films, heavy music, and Saturday morning cartoons, his work spans comics, painting, sculpture, film, animation, and music. All of it feeds into his gothic storytelling project Morbid Sheep. Tim is also a co-organizer of Scamp, a yearly Sydney comic convention held in November.
