Alex is a serious painter and playful graphic artist working in a loose New Surrealist style shaped by mythology and retold tales. Trained in architecture and classical art in Novosibirsk, she spent nearly a decade in interior architecture before becoming a full‑time artist in 2021. She’s exhibited across Europe and, even when exploring darker themes, she aims for hope, clarity, and open interpretation.
Emma is a young emerging visual artist from Amsterdam, moved by emotional perception, sexuality, religious passion, and the absence of those forces. A recurring theme in her work—and a philosophy she has internalized—is the meandering relationship between Spectator and Spectacle. Each piece reflects the persistent battle of perceiving and being perceived, and the impossibility of self‑reflection in the presence of a fractured, ever‑fleeing sense of self‑permanence. This comes through in bold yet odd colors, deconstruction, and eccentric symbolism, forming a language entirely its own.
Fieke returns to Art Battle with work that fuses imagination and real life—the whimsy some people see, and some don’t. Her pieces flow with nature and a touch of the unreal, bringing psychological concepts into perspective and turning raw feeling into paint. With a deep passion for the creative world, she creates murals and builds 3D structures to decorate psytrance events. She invites viewers to look beyond what the eye reaches and to use every sense.
Guylaine created her first abstract painting using palette knives at the age of six. In 2019, she began painting actively. Since then, she has been selling her work both nationally and internationally and has exhibited her work at various locations in the Netherlands. Guylaine draws her inspiration from nature, fashion, music or things she encounters in everyday life. Guylaine’s paintings are recognizable by their bright and contrasting use of color. She paints purely by feeling and often without a plan in advance. This is her second Art Battle.
Joanna’s 3D art transforms the world around her into a magical vision of reality, driven by a desire to preserve its beauty for future generations. Art is her medicine, helping her face daily pain. She blends 3D structures on canvas with vibrant colors and dynamic lighting. Born in Poland and now in the Netherlands, she’s a self‑taught artist whose early layered aquarelle work evolved into sculptural acrylics inspired by Renaissance and Dutch masters. Her work has shown at fairs in Barcelona, Monaco, Miami, across Europe and the US, in Times Square, and in British Vogue and Tatler.
Larissa can’t wait to be surrounded by people who love the same discipline; just being in that environment already feels wonderful. The chance to learn and battle each other feels unreal, and she’s excited for the adventure and to show her style. A multidisciplinary artist who pushes boundaries, she lets oil painting and tattoo art influence each other in performances that connect everyday life in Europe.

Since graduating from the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU) in 2014, she has specialized in portraiture, working in a contemporary and expressive style. Her work focuses on the human figure and the emotional presence beneath the surface, capturing intimate atmospheres often rooted in memory and meaningful moments. Working from her studio on commissions and personal projects, Laura continues to develop an intuitive visual language inspired in part by artist Marlene Dumas.
Laura is a full-time computer science student with a lifelong love of art and creative expression. She’s training to be a tattoo artist and also explores fashion on the side. Art has always been central to who she is, shaping her identity and outlook. Though she’s never competed in art before, the chance to connect with like-minded artists and share her passion is incredibly exciting for her.

After years of holding back, she’s finally creating the way she wants to—bold, honest, and without apology. She’s not slowing down now and is ready to show the world what she can do.

Polina was born in Moscow and graduated from the Surikov Institute of Fine Arts. She’s been based in Rotterdam since 2023. She often draws on Western and Slavic mythology to explore where culture, history, and nature meet.
