Amy is the winner of Art Battle Philly and an artist based in Wilmington, DE. Her work focuses on the beauty and calm of the natural world. She paints with her fingers, palette knives, and sometimes brushes, creating acrylic pieces that feel open and inviting. She’s drawn to form and depth, and her paintings often build into textured layers of light and color.
Cyrus is a tattoo artist and painter who loves working with color and precision. He aims to stay consistent in his craft and remain connected to his Art Battle community while meeting new artists and creating fresh work. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he has practiced art his entire life. Art has been meaningful therapy for him and a way to make a positive impact on the world.
Damon is a full‑time muralist and portrait artist from Philadelphia, specializing in oil painting. A Philadelphia native and CAPA graduate, he focuses on studying the human form. His fine‑art approach is influenced by the Renaissance masters, shaping the style and technique he brings to his work.
Gihdiyr is a Philadelphia-based digital artist creating imaginative characters and creatures. Beginning with pencil and paper, he now works primarily in Autodesk Sketchbook mobile. He’s developing a graphic novel and plans to expand into animation soon.
Kenn is a 50‑year‑old male artist who has been making art his entire life. His work includes cartooning, painting, illustration, wood carving, papermaking, murals, assemblage, and set design. He has participated in live painting before.
Marcus is a passionate creator who finds joy in painting and sewing. Bringing ideas to life through color, fabric, and texture is his favorite way to express himself. He’s excited to keep growing his craft and exploring new possibilities. He recently attended the last event with his brother, Cyrus Colon.
Olivia began drawing and painting at a young age, starting with scenery and mountains. She recently rediscovered her passion for creating art and now loves working with vibrant colors.
Sharkmouth
Sharkmouth is an artist from Delaware who describes her first Art Battle in 2025 as a surreal experience, full of energy and talent. Competing is a unique opportunity to test her skills and connect with other amazing artists. Excited to put herself out there, she sees Art Battle as a perfect way to grow, share her work, and be part of a creative community.
Sharon has been an artist her entire life, following in the footsteps of her father, who is also an artist. She draws inspiration from all around her — a beautiful view, a striking image, even a song. A true creative at heart, Sharon loves to paint and draw and also expresses herself through photography and writing. She’s a proud cat mom and passionate about capturing the beauty she sees in the world through her art.
Tiffany Horne, aka Jewel z Artist has been creating vibrant and expressive artwork for over 10 years. Tiffany is an accomplished artist with awards stretching back to a congressional art competition in 2014. She was also featured in the book "Unpublished: The Visual Writing and Art Collaborative 2015" as well as being featured in the recent "Stay Woke" art show in Philadelphia. With no Allegiance to any one medium or style, she is dedicated to allowing every work to come to fruition in the form that that she feels best suits the piece.
Xyare Patrick (Indigo) is a mixed-media and ceramic artist whose work is deeply rooted in African American culture. She is known for depicting voluptuous figures and vibrant, richly colored compositions that center powerful female subjects and evoke intense emotion. Through her art, Xyare explores themes of identity, strength, and presence.
