Hi there! I am a painter and illustrator based in Chicago. I love blending bright colors with stylized subjects to create lush, illustrative paintings. I find inspiration in the mundane, the magical, and the saturated. I earned my BA in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago in 2023.

Amirah Arts is a Chicago South-Suburban native who specializes in painting using acrylics, yarn, a variety mediums and unique objects. She was inspired to continue developing her painting techniques while living alone and obtaining her B.S. in Accounting in 2020. James says painting helps with her patience by bringing a calmness and peace of mind that she has never experienced. She is known for her Bob Ross inspired style of capturing nature as well as her abstract yarn inclusive paintings. Her vision is to continue creating more art while forever using the world as her canvas.

His work draws heavily from the strange colors of 90s and early‑2000s cartoons, along with a love for the gross and grunge. Samantha is a multidisciplinary artist and full‑time live event and wedding painter whose work is inspired by the whimsical beauty of nature, the human spirit, and the energy of love stories. She began teaching painting classes at just fourteen and rediscovered her passion for creating in community while instructing at Painting With a Twist during college. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in fibers, she also enjoys knitting in her free time.
