Artists can apply to compete. Also, most events have a ‘Wildcard’ easel, where artists leave their names at the door and we draw at random to pick the Wildcard Artist. To be a potential wildcard artist, just buy a ticket and show up!

Alex B Illustrations
Alex is a multidisciplinary artist from Omaha, Nebraska, working in contemporary drawing and digital art. Known for figurative compositions, narrative illustrations, and live performance drawing, his work explores texture, volume, value, and composition while rethinking traditional ideas of finish and concept in favor of direct, instinctual expression.
Annique Clark
Annique, known by the brand name ANNIQUEARLEAN, is a young African American artist working across painting, sketching, fashion design, and portraiture. She studied psychology and art with the goal of becoming an art therapist, aiming to connect creativity with mental health awareness and contribute to the broader dialogue between art and healing.
Candi J
Candi J works across multiple disciplines, creating bold acrylic paintings, custom jackets, graffiti-inspired mixed media, and Afro-centric pieces. She is also active as a singer, rapper, songwriter, and tattoo artist, bringing her creativity into both visual and performing arts.
Chelsey Petersen
Chelsey lives at the Harvester Artist Lofts in Council Bluffs, IA, and works in mixed media, acrylics, and body painting. She has been featured in solo and group gallery shows and has competed in Art Battle, where she values the support of the Council Bluffs and Omaha art community. Chelsey also works PRN in a nursing home, extending her creativity to residents through activities.
Denise Kapke
Denise is a Nebraska-based artist who works across ceramics, painting, and sculpture. She enjoys exploring different mediums and bringing ideas to life through a mix of styles and approaches.
Emily Bloomquist
Emily is an interdisciplinary studio artist and Choctaw Nation tribal member who travels the U.S. painting live weddings and creating public art in Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Iowa. Her work blends multiple mediums with themes of nature, culture, philosophy, and positive psychology, aiming to spark connection and devotion through every one‑of‑a‑kind piece.
Kaylee Purelight
Kaylee has been creating art for 18 years, beginning with drawings in kindergarten. At 19, she committed to pursuing art as a career, seeing it as both therapy and joy. She works toward becoming a full-time artist and hopes her work will inspire others to follow their dreams.
Maddie Hake
Maddie is a multidisciplinary visual artist working in acrylics, gouache, oils, Prisma, and body paint. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she discovered her passion for art in high school and later expanded her practice in San Diego, where she fell in love with body painting. Maddie has collaborated with Skin City Body Painting in Las Vegas, placed 3rd in the U.S. at the 2020 World Bodypainting Festival (face painting), and competed at the U.S. Nationals for Art Battle in 2023 and 2024. Now based in Omaha, her focus is on speed painting—especially expressive portraits that use vivid, bright colors to capture intense emotions and human connection.
Madison Rogers
Madison Rogers is a self-taught artist whose primary mediums are acrylic paint and paint pens. She uses art as an outlet for emotional expression and aims to help others feel seen through her work. Most of her pieces reflect themes of mental illness and childhood experiences.
Mark Anthony Davis Jr
Mark has loved drawing since childhood, spending each day sketching whatever came to mind. Over the years, he has seen his skills progress, which continues to motivate him to create more and pursue his passion for art.
Orlandis Ozuna
Orlandis, also known as Lando Bando Art Factory, is a full-time, self-taught multimedia artist. His bold, unapologetic work celebrates individuality and freedom. From acrylic on canvas to 3D mixed media, he explores diverse textures and forms. He has exhibited solo and in groups, created skate deck artwork, and twice reached the Art Battle finals.
Ryan B. Malm
Ryan is a multidisciplinary artist who has drawn and painted for most of his life. He spent his young adult years working in a sign shop, gaining wide creative experience, and today works as a software developer while continuing to pursue art in his free time.
