Val sees her art as a reflection of her diverse and free-spirited nature. She aims for uniqueness and beauty, shaped by years of challenges. As a portrait artist, she enjoys experimenting with mixed media and found materials, recently creating a jewelry line with resin.

Asim's art reflects the resilience of the people from his land and the purity of their existence. As a realistic artist, his passion for art shines through, offering a glimpse of his roots. He enjoys working with charcoal, graphite, acrylic, and oil paints, as well as exploring videography, sculpture, and ceramics. Painting furniture is also one of his specialties.

Shafnaz debuted at Art Battle Auckland during "A Taste of Art Battle" in September. She views her art as a collection of nature, inviting viewers to envision themselves in her scenes, whether by the ocean or near a mountain.

Marcus is inspired by street artists and creates live artworks using a variety of mediums, including acrylic, spray paint, ink, and sand. He has built a career performing art live and telling stories. Drawing from his Māori roots, he aims to revitalize traditional stories, or pūrakau, and cultural values through his work.

Joel is a self-taught, full-time artist. His imaginative and versatile work ranges from comic art to realistic pieces, covering everything from paper to murals. He employs brushes, paint, pencils, and pens in his artistic process.

Sandra is a freelance designer who has been drawing since childhood and has a passion for art. She loves bright colors and unique designs, often blending elements like eyeballs, animals, plants, and people. Influenced by her Asian heritage, her work also reflects aspects of Chinese and Japanese culture.

For local artist Athi art defines her, her character and her personality. It is one aspect of Athira’s life that makes her extremely happy as she is back after a memorable debut in season 1. Athi’s mom and her art teachers inspired her to keep going throughout her formative years.. and she has never looked back!
