Yana's art is different because she is always full of ideas. She always creates something new and unique in different techniques. Yana is also a muralist who loves big canvases. She enjoys creating unique walls or custom art pieces so that people who live there have a special space.

So excited to participate in London ON and come back to the ArtBattle stage again and create something interesting and unique for the audience

Nisreen says the beauty of nature around Mississauga is a source of inspiration--sunrise, trees, sky, water, boats. She specializes in landscapes, floral and abstracts. She uses a palette knife and brushes and believes that her colors bring out happiness, excitement and love to the world.

Fascinated by female artists of the late 19th and early 20th century, Saskia taught herself to paint, primarily expressing herself through richly colored oil portraits that convey lightness and sensitivity towards she subject. Her process is determined by 80% intuition and 20% planning.

Christen is back! She enjoys caricature work as well as painting nature, animals, and landscape imagery. Christen is also the former Art Battle Brantford Champion and has honed her skills as an artist and competitor since the pre-pandemic London battles.

Get ready to see my Bag O' Tricks! It's an unusual assortment of tools and art implements which help bring a sense of showmanship to my colourful creations!

Christine's artwork is unique and one of a kind. She uses many mediums to create beautiful artwork, but her favorite is acrylics. Many artists influenced and inspired Christine over the years such as Robert Bateman, Renoir, Monet, Ken Danby, the Group of 7 and Bob Ross. In 2017 Christine won Best Adult Honorable Mention Award with Expressions In Chalk at London's Ribfest and is winner of the Tom Thomson Paddle Art Contest 2017 and 2019.

As an artist, Jadhen draws upon art historical paintings to recontextualize and reinterpret them within a contemporary framework. He utilizes his skills and knowledge as a foundation for constructing conceptual narratives that show themes of identity, culture, memory and imaginative spaces. Jadhen uses acrylic paint and charcoal.

Pamela paints portraits and the natural world. Her work is mostly mural and commission portraits. Pamela's art touches on the themes of polarities of life, existing in the world with high color saturation. She draws and mural design, as well.

Jacqueline is back to Art Battle, this time in London! They have always loved flora and fauna in painting and finds it relaxing to focus on the details of a petal or feather. They wish to create atmospheric pieces that leave you with a feeling of melancholy or wistfulness.

I'm excited to participate in Art Battle London again after so long! I look forward to participating with many talented artists.

Tina enjoys creating artwork in many forms, but her current passion is creating mixed media art that incorporates acrylic painting and metals. She loves how the metals catch the attention of the viewer from many angles. Tina has shown and sold artwork in shows and galleries in London, Cambridge and Orangeville.

I am an artist based in London and I create artwork in many mediums but I gravitate toward mixed-media creations. I enjoy using metals, collage, found objects, and incorporating them with acrylic paint to create unique artwork.

Joseph focuses on hyper-realistic abstract and contemporary art. He has been fortunate to participate in numerous art exhibitions, museums, and various art events, having achieved success in multiple painting competitions with United Arab Emirates and Philippines.

Dawn, a retired elementary school principal and teacher, holds a bachelor's degree in visual arts. Despite being continually inspired to create, she now enjoys the luxury of time and space to delve into her passion for photography and painting. Dawn's preferred mediums are photography and acrylic painting.
