Allie is a muralist and elementary art teacher who transforms walls into vibrant stories. Her work celebrates color, imagination, and community, while her teaching inspires young artists to explore their own creativity every day.

I’m a Philadelphia based muralist, glass artist and craft-maker. I have 35 murals in the city and several in Florida, I spent years doing portraits of gun violence victims for a non-profit and also did live portraits of rappers . My style is heavily geometric, with a plasticity in portrait painting and an interest in sensory experiences thru visual art.

Ellen Weiner is a local artist from Wilmington, DE who has worked mostly in gouache and Ink the last 20 years. She loves painting landscapes, learning new techniques and styles of painting. Her main focus has been in medieval illumination from 600-1600. Art has become her joyful means of expression- and she loves getting involved with the community.

Gabrielle, based in Wilmington, Delaware, is a retired art teacher turned full-time mixed media artist. Inspired by botanicals and natural forms, she works in painting, ceramics, collage, and live worship art. After 30 years of teaching, including 12 in Southeast Asia, she now “volunteaches” at OLLI, sharing her passion for mixed media and color theory.

Gihdiyr is a Philadelphia-based digital artist creating imaginative characters and creatures. Beginning with pencil and paper, he now works primarily in Autodesk Sketchbook mobile. He’s developing a graphic novel and plans to expand into animation soon.

Isa López is a first-generation Mexican American artist based in Wilmington, Delaware, whose work in oil painting and tattooing draws on her combined foundation in Fine Arts and Forensic Science to craft surreal narratives. Using anatomical symbolism, she explores how cultural heritage, personal relationships, and the raw, often grotesque nature of the human body shape identity. Her practice examines shared experiences of resilience, vulnerability, transformation, and self-discovery, revealing the parallels that connect people despite their distinct paths.

Jo Redbird

Jo Redbird, lifelong artist and owner of REDBIRD ART LAB, creates vivid, surreal paintings inspired by nature, travel, and culture. Born in New Zealand and raised partly in Barbados, her work reflects island life, Amish influence, and global experiences. A graduate of DCAD and Corcoran, she paints live at performances worldwide, curates and frames for Lafate Gallery, and exhibits annually in Wilmington’s Women’s History Month Art Show.

She is currently pursuing a BFA in Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Shilpi Gupta

Shilpi is a versatile artist whose work bridges tradition and modernity, inspired by nature and Indian folk art. Her practice spans vibrant florals, serene landscapes, still life, expressive portraits, and intricate pen work. She has presented three solo exhibitions in Delaware and participated in numerous group shows across states, earning recognitions that continue to fuel her evolving artistic journey.
