Chad Wheeler
Chad graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati in 1995 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting. He has been a licensed tattoo artist for the past 13 years and continues to make, create, repurpose, and sell art in many forms. His background includes graphic design, printmaking, sculpture, painting, and figure drawing. Outside of tattooing, you’ll find him with family, skateboarding, reading, gaming, hiking with his dog, or geeking out over art, good food, and Dungeons & Dragons.
Defne is a Boston-based artist and computational biologist who loves blending the serious with the silly. Their paintings often feature skeletons, animals, and odd little scenes that mix humor, curiosity, and emotion — like a possum trotting along holiday lights, a skeleton lost in thought, a cat mid-yawn. Much of their work plays with color and gesture to explore how something strange can still feel familiar or tender. Their background in science shows up too — in the way they experiment, observe, and let each painting evolve in its own direction.
Diana is an emerging artist. She paints with traditional media and draws pencil portraits in a hyperrealist style.

An award-winning writer and filmmaker from Connecticut, they split time between their hometown and Boston. A Sarah Lawrence graduate, Dilán is a Stowe Story Lab and Tin House alum whose work spans film, poetry, and illustration. Their debut chapbook War Birds is a finalist for the 2026 Prima Materia First Chapbook Award.
