Mindfulness means I live in the moment and feeling sensitized by what brings joyful energy to my inner me. Curiosity and wonder reign. Seeking feeling bliss and living with my stronger voice and compassionately honouring my higher wiser self. Creativity is “play”, it celebrates our connection to our world and it is spirit medicine in my ordinary day. Creativity is the path out of the mundane and the highest expression of our authentic self.
