Izzy

Izzy is a self-taught artist based in Niksic, Montenegro, with 10 years of experience. He began painting and drawing at 25, inspired by a life-changing moment involving a scar shaped like the number 7—the same as his first tattoo. Izzy works with a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, and some sculpting, with a particular focus on charcoal. He especially enjoys painting with his bare hands and also works professionally as a tattoo artist.

Jovan Tomovic

I am Jovan Tomović, a Montenegrin artist from Podgorica, born on February 13, 1998, in Cetinje. I graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje, Department of Graphic Arts, where I earned the title of Specialist in Graphic Arts with an average grade of 9.6 during my specialist studies. I am a member of ULUCG.

I currently live, create, and work in Podgorica. In recent years, landscape and painting have occupied a central place in my work. My paintings represent a kind of decorative window into a more beautiful world — a world of heightened colors, calmness, beauty, inner harmony, and meaning.

I do not see landscape merely as a realistic depiction of space, but as a carrier of emotion and spiritual experience. I experience painting as a calling to make the world more beautiful, or rather to present it as beautiful as it essentially is. My work aims to enrich the space, awaken a sense of peace, and remind the viewer of the beauty that exists within ourselves.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist driven by observation and experience. Having seen and moved through different environments, I explore the tension between inner states and external realities.
